Equipment fully developed and manufactured by Flucal in order to adapt to biomass / waste burning, it features high thermal exchange efficiency and ease of cleaning, it is also ideal for places with no space available for installing horizontal steam generators. Boilers optimized to run vertically, allowing better integration into reduced spaces than horizontal boilers, allows extended intervals between scheduled cleanings, being aimed to run continuously.

Boilers characterized by water-tube furnace and a fire-tube pressure body. Water-tube furnaces can be coupled to existing fossil fuel boilers in order to burn biomass / waste.

Equipment developed and manufactured integrally by Flucal, to allow generation of thermal energy through thermal oil to mobile manufacturing processes, these devices are constructed so as to be transported by truck, allowing quick and easy assembly / disassembly, consisting of 4 components with standard containers sizes.

These devices are controlled by automation systems, variable speed and high quality instrumentation with proven robustness, with tuned control systems depending on the type of equipment / type of fuel. All our pressure devices are equipped with redundant safety systems and may achieve SIL 2 classification or SIL3 according to IEC 61508.

The “FVR” boilers ” are of pressurized combustion type , with a vertical furnace expressly studied for operating on gas or diesel but with the possibility of incorporating a furnace for burning solid waste (rag, paper, wood, etc.). Characterized by the fast cold-start as well as low dimensions, these boilers are built using concentric tubes allowing greater robustness. The fast Vaporization Generators series “FVR” respond to the requirements of small and medium enterprises in the use of medium pressure steam. These steam generators are most suitable for the clothing industry, laundries, dry cleaners, saunas, central heating and all industrial processes that require steam at a low price with a small investment.
