Mini-Test Station for low current fuel cell testing. The Mini Test Station has no software and is designed to be used with the customers` Potentiostat as a load and all the data is recorded by that unit. The test station includes Analog mass flow controllers for Anode and Cathode gas streams, humidity bottles with preheaters and temperature controllers and a cell temperature controller. Manual backpressure is provided for pressures from 0-60 psig. The Mini-Test station is our Analog Mass Flow Controlled Low Flow Humidification System with all the options.

A Fuel Cell Hardware Assembly consists of a pair of Poco Graphite Blocks with a precision, machined flow-pattern (pattern is serpentine unless otherwise specified by the customer), and a pair of gold plated connectors fastened with aluminum end plates. Gas inputs and outputs are through Swagelok fittings. A thermocouple well and two cartridge heaters are also provided. A single Anode Reference Electrode may be added for an additional cost. The FCT Cell Hardware does not include a Membrane Electrode Assembly (MEA).
