In 1949, Fulton pioneered the vertical tubeless design, which quickly became the industry standard for industrial steam boilers. Since that time, no one has been able to improve upon Fulton’s original design. In 2018, Fulton raised the bar with the introduction of the VSRT (Vertical Spiral Rib Tubeless) steam boiler, the world’s first fully wetted, refractory-free vertical tubeless boiler and the new standard for industrial steam boiler design. VSRT boilers are built to last as a reliable source of clean steam, providing cost savings and operator peace of mind for years to come.

Fulton’s C-Model vertical coil design thermal fluid (hot oil) heater provides a compact, fuel-fired, 4-pass heater design capable of reaching temperatures up to 750°F (400°C). Heater sizes range from 800,000 BTU/hr to 14 Million BTU/hr output, and they can be combined in modular engineered systems to accommodate applications of any size. Fulton heaters are engineered for durability and maintain low thermal fluid film temperatures, ensuring long-lasting system performance.

Fulton’s FBXW is a high quality watertube boiler. With available hot water models up to 800BHP, the FBXW can meet a wide variety of industrial and commercial application requirements. All FBXW boilers are factory packaged with and integrated boiler, burner, and control package configured to meet virtually any customer requirement. Designs to 1600BHP are available on application.
