ZY Series high efficiency vacuum insulating oil purifier, mainly for the power station, industrial and mining enterprises purifying the unqualified transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil and so on. ZY Series can remove water, trace water, gas, particles from oil quickly and effectively, improving oil dielectric strength. Also, this oil purifier can be used to power equipments to vacuum drying, and vacuum oiling.

As is well known the Transformer plays an important role in the generation, transmission and distribution of electrical energy. Under load the transformer, dissipates heat and the insulating oil acts as a coolant as well as an effective dielectric.

Double Stage Vacuum Insulating Oil regeneration system (Series ZYD-I) has been specially designed for on site use to completely regenerate insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers especially for the power, which is over 110KV. Also it can inject the insulating oil into the transformers on-line. The ZYD-I insulating oil regeneration system provides regular oil purification such as degassing, drying and particulate removal but also can remove acidity, sludge, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration. This is accomplished by the use of high vacuum degasification technology and particulate filters combined with our special brand of earth. After treating, the oil can be reused as new. For special application, the system also can be mounted on a leak proof base and can be installed and operated on a trailer.

Generally, hydraulic oil is to be maintained at very high quality of Purification. The Oil often having large sizes of particles is passed through coarse type filter, to trap the large sized particles. Having taken care of micronic and sub-micronic particles, it is further finely cleaned by electro-statically, operated hydraulic oil cleaner & brought to the international standards. Our HOC Series oil restoration machine is used for purifying the various types of turbine and hydraulic oil used in the machines of the power plant viz Turbine, Generators etc. This machine conditions Lube oil of grade ISO – VG – 46 & ISO –VG – 68 and enhance the parameters of water content from 2000 ppm to 5 ppm and separates (removes) the free water, sludge, gas content and carbon from Lube oil & hydraulic oil.
