Process Immersion Heaters & Flanged Immersion Heaters
An immersion heater is an electric heating apparatus consists of a bundle of tubular heating elements which are submerged in a tank or container to heat a liquid, such as water, oils of various viscosity, viscous materials, solvents, process solutions, liquidous chemicals, and gases. It is designed and used for direct contact heating to increase or maintain the temperature of the fluid to attain required values for process indicators such as temperature, viscosity, pressure, solubility, or miscibility.
Standard Fuel Gas Conditioning System
Gaumer Process provides standard fuel gas conditioning systems (in accordance with Gaumer standard specifications) and custom engineered (in accordance with customer specifications) to meet the desired requirements of gas turbines, engines, burners and compressors of different makes. The deregulation of gas market, varying quality of natural/fuel gas from various resources with a broad range of dew points, advanced-technology gas turbines with Dry Low NOx combustors and emission control requirements have put a great emphasis for the need of an efficient and economical fuel gas conditioning system that delivers clean, dry and superheated gas. The absence of proper gas conditioning equipment or poorly designed conditioning equipment can lead to damage of gas turbines and engines, sometimes, which are beyond repair.
Pressure Reduction Station
Pressure reduction stations are required to regulate the high incoming pipeline pressure to meet the desired equipment pressure. Plants utilize equipment such as gas compressors, engines, turbines, burners, etc. have a demand of a specific operating pressure range set by the equipment manufacturer. Gaumer Process provides standard (in accordance with Gaumer standard specifications) and custom engineered (in accordance with customer specifications) pressure reduction station to meet the required pressure range utilizing pressure control valves or self-contained pressure regulators keeping the stringent noise levels.
Process Circulation Heater
Process Circulation heaters utilize the flanged or screw plug immersion heater bundle mated to a welded pressurized pipe body or as we commonly refer to in our industry, the heater vessel. The circulation heater can be mounted horizontally or vertically and piped in line with your process inlet and outlet connections. The process air, liquid, or gas is force flowed from the inlet side of the heater vessel over the metal sheathed nichrome resistive heating elements to the outlet side of the heater vessel. This effectively allows 100% heat transfer efficiency from heater element to the process air, liquid or gas.
Medium Voltage (4 KV) Heater & Panel
Gaumer Process provides standard and custom engineered medium voltage (4KV) electric heaters and associated medium voltage control panels to meet high energy demand for various applications.
Heat Transfer Systems
Heat transfer systems or also known as thermal transfer systems or Temperature Control Units, are designed to provide indirect heat to processes using a thermal transfer fluid. Thermal Transfer fluids include water, glycol, water-glycol mixtures, and thermal oils. Heat transfer systems provide heating and cooling of exothermic processes. Heating and cooling can be accomplished using the same thermal transfer fluid. Heat Transfer Systems are used when close even temperatures are required across the process. Gaumer Process provides standard and custom thermal transfer systems. Capabilities include complete engineering, manufacturing in house and field service for startups. Standard document package includes P&ID, General arrangement drawings, equipment and instrument data sheets, and installation and operation manual (IOM).
Heater Control Panel
Heater Control Panel
SCP and SCRP control panels use zero cross (burst firing) solid state relays (SSR`s) in conjuction with external heat sinks to remove heat from the panel enclosure. These SSR`s are manufactured with direct copper bonding technology and a built in varistor for surge protection. The zero switching relay switches ON when the sinusoidal curve crosses the zero and switches OFF when the current crossed zero. Zero cross SSR`s create very low harmonics and RFI and are much more reliable.
Heater Control Panel
ZPA and ZPA3 series control panels use zero cross (burst firing) three phase analog SCR`s (Thyristors). Designed for larger electric heater loads, these panels are available in sizes from 85 to over 2500 amps.
Heater Control Panel
ZPD and ZPD3 series control panels use zero cross (burst firing) three phase digital SCR`s (Thyristors). Designed for larger electric heater loads, these panels are available in sizes from 85 to over 2500 amps.
