GekaKonus - Thermal Oil Heater
The GekaKonus Thermal Oil Heater type THERMOMAT is a forced circulation heater of 3-pass design for organic high temperature heat transfer media on mineral or synthetic basis. It consists of a cylindrical combustion chamber, formed by closely bended pipes. This principle ensures that a defined heat transfer is achieved at any point of the heating surface. Forced circulation, and thus the flowing speed, is ensured by measuring and monitoring the volume flow.
GekaKonus - High Pressure Natural Circulation Steam Boiler
The NUK-HP is a high-pressure natural circulation boiler operating by the gravity circulation principle. Therefore circulating pumps are not required to operate the NUK-HP®. Boiler water is used as the heat carrier. The water is evaporated in this boiler within a hermetically sealed circuit. The steam flows to the heat exchanger and the condensate flows by gravity back to the boiler.
GekaKonus - High Pressure Steam Boiler in Open Steam/Condensate Cycle
The basis for the GekaKonus® High Pressure Steam Boiler in open steam/condensate cycle type NWK-HP system is a modified GekaKonus® Natural Circulation Steam Boiler type NUK-HP® combined with a steam drum. The GekaKonus® NWK-HP system is being used in heating processes where the implementation of a closed steam/condensate cycle system is not possible.
GekaKonus - Quick Steam Generator
The LSG-HP quick steam generator is a once-through forced flow steam generator. The system consists of a continuous bended single pass through spiral tube system. The feed water is feed into the tube system by means of an accurate positive displacement pump(s). The GekaKonus® quick steam generator system type GekaKonus® LSG-HP is designed for an open steam/condensate system.

The GekaKonus® steam generator is a secondary heated steam generator. Thermal oil is used as heating medium.
GekaKonus - Thermal Oil Heater
The GekaKonus® thermal oil heater type Elektrothermomat is a forced circulation heater for oil based or synthetic heat transfer fluids. GekaKonus® Elektrothermomat is used where there is a sufficient supply of electrical energy or in rooms where it is not possible to extract exhaust gas from gas or oil burners, in rooms where an open firing is prohibited or fuels as oil or gas are not available. The design of the devices assumes that the circulation is interrupted in the event of a power failure and reheating of the heat transfer medium remains in the permissible range of maximum heat transfer medium temperature. In order to achieve this, heating rods with low heating surface load are selected. The heating surface load is chosen in this way that the maximum allowed film temperature of the heat transfer medium will be not exceeded.

The GekaKonus® Exhaust Gas Thermal Oil Heater could be used for economical utilization of exhaust gases.
GekaKonus - Heat Recovery System
The LUVO-System improves the thermal degree of efficiency of the process heating system. The energy of the exhaust gases heats up the combustion air temperature. The heat exchanger transfers the energy contained in the flue gas to the combustion air. Energy recovered in this way is proportional to the fuel saving. The amount of the recovered energy percentage depends on the fuel used by the combustion, the temperature of the exhaust gases and regulations for NOx-emissions. For our thermal oil heater and steam boiler with standard burner the thermal efficiency is approx. 84-87%. The thermal efficiency can be degree of approx. 96% with this type of heat recovery System.
