The receiver configuration RX501 has a single sampler and is meant to be used in conjunction with the very high power transmitter VHT501. In fact, it is the same sampler used in the transceiver configuration.

Transmitter trigger cable, it is used to connect the transmitter trigger output of the transceiver TR501 or receiver RX501 to the very high power transmitter VHT501 or the 778 from GSSI Inc.

This adapter is useful to connect the transmitter trigger output of the transceiver TR501 or the receiver RX501 to the very high power transmitter VHT501 or the 778 from GSSI Inc, when only a BNC to BNC cable is available. Usually that is the case for customers who already had a 778 very high power transmitter and only recently purchased the transceiver TR501 or the receiver RX501.
