The GlobeCore regeneration process restores used oils to new like condition.  This process makes it possible to fill transformers with oil that would previously require disposal.  The oil in the transformer can be used without replacement for the entire service life of the transformer. 
The GlobeCore CMM-R systems are designed to extend transformer service life by restoring the dielectric strength and chemical composition of dielectric insulating oil. In the process of oil regeneration, oil degradation products and acidic compounds are removed, the oil becomes clear, oxidation resistance is improved, while gas solubility is reduced.

The CMM-R transformer oil regeneration unit has been developed to extend transformer service life by restoring the dielectric strength and chemical composition of electrical insulation oil. The process of restoration involves removal of oil decomposition products and acidic compounds of the oil, which increases its oxidation stability and reduces gas solubility. The unique feature of the CMM-R unit is the capability to regenerate insulation oil directly in a transformer, which can still be operated online at the time of treatment. Processing oil in an on-line transformer allows removal of sediment from winding insulation and its extraction by sorbent.

This CMM 4/7 mobile oil processing unit is designed for degassing, removal of solids and heating of oil for power transformers with voltage up to 1,150 kV. The unit can be used to: heat electrical systems that contain insulating oil with hot oil, for vacuum drying of transformers and for vacuumizing. The unit is best suited to facilities that install, repair and service oil filled electric power transformers and other oil filled electrical equipment. The unit is not certified for use in and around explosive gases, toxic gases or other aggressive environments. When indoors or other enclosed spaces, exhaust gases must be vented to the outside through hoses or pipelines.

The CMM-5M purifies removes water and particulate matter from industrial oil. The purification is achieved by pumping the oil through a special filter element with magnets. Filtration rate depends on the type of filter element installed. The machine operates in input, output and internal circulation modes.

The CMM-G unit is designed for a three-stage process of changing oil in wind turbine gearboxes (draining old oil, flushing the gearbox and filling it with new oil). The unit allows for quick and efficient servicing of wind turbine oil system. The unit can be used for servicing wind turbines made by many different manufacturers. The CMM-G can also heat clean oil.

GlobeCore regeneration units now offer two (2) revolutionary features: Energized transformer oil processing; and Automatic Sorbent Reactivation. The GlobeCore Process is performed continuously on most energized transformers without the need to remove, replace, and dispose of contaminated Fuller’s Earth sorbent material.  No hazardous waste and a one man crew equals lower costs and efficient operations. The CMM-R (Mobile Oil Regeneration Plants) units are designed to extend the useful service life of the transformer by full and complete restoration of the dielectric strength and chemical composition of the transformer’s insulating oil.  All CMM-R units feature the automatic sorbent reactivation system.

The unit is designed for vacuumizing of transformer, purification of electrical insulation oils, removing particulate matter, water and gas. The unit is to be used for installation, repairs and operation of oil filled high voltage equipment (power transformer, high voltage switches etc).
