The GOLDBECK Solar GmbH has designed and constructed photovoltaic power plants since 2001. From the beginning, we provide support to our customers and their systems in Germany and in Europe. Our Service employees look after 200 systems and 100MWp of installed power daily. Whether ground areas or roof areas; central or string inverters, thin-film or crystalline module technology - our system supervision employees always remain the correct contact for your photovoltaic system thanks to permanent further training and years of experience.
Planning Services
Competence in planning and design.Even in the early planning phase of a property, the points are set for the optimum utilisation concept and long-term economy. Over the entire lifecycle of the building, eighty percent of the costs of a building are operating costs! Mistakes made at the beginning can barely be compensated at a later date. In the GOLDBECK group, there are in excess of 400 architects, engineers and technicians making their expertise available to owners and their architects, from draft designs through to the substance of the building and execution planning through to earth works and building technology planning.

Property Management Services

GOLDBECK manages property and real estate portfolios for funds, operating and asset management companies. We currently have over Euro 5.5 billion worth of assets under our management and look after 3,500 rental agreements. Competent, reliable and responsible for the earnings generated, we take on all business-related processes – from cost management to owner and investor relations all the way to strategy development. Through continuous analyses and regular reporting we guarantee a clear overview – for example when it comes to rental income or maintenance costs.
Technical Service
It’s good when faults are quickly removed or repaired. It’s even better when they don’t even crop up. The Technical Service Department of the GOLDBECK Facility Management takes care of this. With the help of regular inspections, maintenance work and repairs and with a fault-clearing service that can be reached at all times it is effectively a protective shield against very expensive down times. Typical for the GOLDBECK Group: The various individual departments are well interconnected and therefore work very efficiently together. The dense network of branch offices makes for short distances and ensures quick response times. The respective control centre also ensures that all processes and procedures are documented and the reliable as well as prudent scheduling and competent planning completes our service.
FM Consulting
GOLDBECK Facility Management Consulting stands for optimization. The aim: Value and performance increase of the building – also during operation. The method: A differentiated analysis of the building utilization costs. Using an integral consideration of the matter, in which technical building, economic and constructive aspects are incorporated, we develop a customized optimization potential for a building or property – and that spanning its entire lifecycle. We work out a roadmap for the optimum energy management and provide reliable utilization cost prognoses. Here also the expertise of the entire GOLDBECK Group flows into this process as only those that know and fully understand buildings in detail can optimally steer their technical and energy-related performance.
