Gomez and Sullivan staff have been involved with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) hydropower licensing and compliance program for the past 30 years. We have participated in hydropower licensing processes on more than 60 projects ranging in size from less than one MW to the New York Power Authority’s 2,700 MW Niagara Power Project. From our extensive involvement in FERC proceedings, Gomez and Sullivan is noted for our understanding of FERC requirements and our implementation of effective solutions to fulfill them.
