The SAM-3 Firetube Boiler Tube Cleaning Kit from Goodway provides an efficient solution for maintaining the cleanliness of firetube boilers. This compact and portable system is designed for ease of use, allowing a single operator to clean boiler tubes rapidly by simply operating a switch. The kit features interchangeable bayonet nozzles and cleaning tools, fitting tube sizes from 1 3/8 to 4 inches in diameter. The SAM-3 uses a cleaning tool attached to a 26-foot spring steel tape, controlled by a trigger switch that facilitates precision operation. The system operates at speeds exceeding 3 feet per second to effectively loosen and remove soot and scale deposits, simultaneously vacuuming the loosened materials with the included GTC-540 industrial soot vacuum. This allows for thorough cleaning, promoting efficient boiler operation and maintenance.
