Gregory - Integrated System for Engines Measurement
The FCS system-D-190 is an integrated system for the measurement of engines (diesel engines) with forward and return line for fuel supply with the fuel pump at the engine (suction). The measuring range is 0.1 to 250l/h, and the output of the internal pump for fuel circulation is max. 190l/h.

Gregory - Flowtronic Fuel Consumption Test System
As an extended complete system on the basis of the sensor S8005C in combination with the heat exchanger HE8005 it is for engines with fuel supply to the engine and fuel return back to the tank. Extending the sensor with the optional heat exchange unit flowtronic HE8005 enables the system to operate also with engines which have a fuel supply system with fuel return back to the tank. In addition the heat exchange unit avoids gas bubbles within the engine related fuel circuit in case of high ambient temperatures. An extra pressure regulator provides manual pressure adjustment within the fuel supply to engine. The fuel return pressure cannot be adjusted. Two different system types are availabe: system S8005C with HE8005 and sensor system S8005C with HE8005. The scope of delivery differs in the signal electronic SE8005D (with touch-screen display and software) or S8005AD (low-budget version with TTL and analogue signal output only).

The FCS system-D-380 is an integrated system for the measurement of engines (diesel engines) with forward and return line for fuel supply with the fuel pump at the engine (suction). The measuring range is 0.1 to 250l/h, and the output of the internal pump for fuel circulation is max. 380l/h. Due to the 24V DC power supply, the system can be operated directly from the truck battery. The FCS-D systems can be easily installed into the existing fuel supply via four fuel tube connections equipped with quick lock couplings.

As a stand-alone solution with integrated software for the flexible metering and control via touch-screendisplay, the flowtronic system independent solution. The interface for distance sensors also allows a fuel consumption measurement related to speed or travelled distance. As an important innovation, an optional Ethernet interface offers now a seamless integration of flowtronic systems into customer’s test benches. This includes features like flexible signal line length from short cables up to worldwide links.
