This compact, lightweight portable power distributor is designed with portability and durability in mind. Available in G4, G6, G8, and G10 models, this system is UL and CUL listed. We welcome you to review our internal cut-away, side, back, front, and top view schematics. Constructed from aluminum to reduce weight, connections, and wires, it is rainproof with lockable doors and features common copper buss systems and flexible in- and output configurations. It is designed with a 400 or 600 amp capability and configured to SQD QO, QOB, and QB breakers.

Our GW series portable power distribution system is rugged job after job, easy to handle, and brings the power unit to the job rather than taking the job site to the power pole.  Applications include job sites,  plant maintenance, festivals, special events, and carnivals .  Built in 50 or 100 amp, 1 or 3 phase.

The MGW is our mini Gull Wing distribution system that is UL listed with modules that can be easily changed in the field for flexibility in the field.

Powder coat painted for ultimate durability, our UL-listed GD series generator distribution units can handle between 200 and 2,000 amps. Nema™ 3R rainproof construction, possum belly or flush mounted on the side of the trailer. For operator safety and accessibility, overcurrent protection and connections are located in same enclosure. Square D circuit breakers. Output options can be hardwired, Meltric, IEC 309 pin and sleeves, Advanced CL Devices, Crouse Hinds Cam-Loks™, Leviton™ ECT, Specification-Grade Locking Receptacles, and Heavy Duty Straight Blade Receptacles.

In addition to our portable power distribution units, we also custom fabricate unit enclosures, cabinets, and UL508A industrial control panels. Made from your choice of steel, aluminum, or stainless steel, our units are CNC program punched, bent, and powder coated.

Our generator trailers are just the ticket when you are looking for a mobile, power-generated trailer that hums silently. These trailers conform to U.S.Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards. Operators can access generator controls from outside of the trailer. The unique design allows for installation of most major gensets from 60kw up to 500kw. We offer bumper hitch and semi-trailers with fuel tanks, multiple access doors, powder coat paint, distribution, and sound attenuation.

Ensure your trailer stands out among the crowd at a festival or fair with the help of our self-erecting light towers. Installed on our semi-trailers, the tower only adds 8″ of above-roof height when stored. The tower pivots from a self-storing position to a height of 37′ above ground in just 60 seconds controlled by one person at ground level. It also has a safe wind load range up to 50 mph without a banner and 40 mph with a banner. The light head has nine 500 watt LED fixtures, providing 315 thousand lumens powered by two 20 amp single pole breakers. Optional flag holders and accent light packages are available.

We offer a twin pup generator package that utilizes two generators in one trailer to provide the power you need only when needed. We offer this with any combination of our: QSX15 Tier4F Cummins 500 kW Standby/460 kW Prime Package. QSG12 Tier4F Cummins 320 kW Standby/300 kW Prime Package. QSL9 Tier4F Cummins 260 kW Standby/240 kW Prime Package. QSB7 Tier4F Cummins 175kW Standby/160 kW Prime Package. Saves fuel during low power demands such as setup and tear down. Provides for added distribution. Electrical and engine monitoring from outside trailer.

Pack-Man Genset Packages Available in 175 kW or 240 kW. Transitioning to Tier 4 and Design. Cummins QSB Diesel or QSL Diesel engine with Newage Alternator, horizontal radiator, hydraulically driven fan motor controlled by variable speed control to decrease the hp required to cool engine. Enclosed in 96” long 50” wide 89” tall enclosure. Wet weight is 6000 pounds. Now available is our Gull Wing 240 KW prime, 260 KW standby, which features the Cummins QSL 9 liter engine and the Newage HCI434D alternator.
