The well-established GEROtherm-geothermal probe  with low hydraulic resistance has been approved for several years and in more than 250`000 applications.

As the space available for geothermal probe boreholes has become less and less, particularly in large cities, deeper boreholes of >200 m are often required. In these applications GEROtherm geothermal probes PN20 are excellently suitable and provide additonal security for contractors and house owners.

The GEROtherm Koax is an extension to the proven double-U geothermal probes. Two pipes of DE 63 mm and DE 40 mm pushed into one another create a single coaxial probe. The brine liquid flows downwards through the annular gap and upwards in the interior pipe. The liquid is warmed up in the heating mode and respectively cooled down in the air conditioning mode.

Earth collectors are used for detached and semi-detached houses in rural areas. The heat is taken away using horizontally laid pipelines in the area of the plot that is not built over. HakaGerodur AG offers earth collector pipes made of PE-100 and KITs, which include the complete brine circuit. The dimensioning complies with VDI4640.
