Carbon fiber biaxial and multiaxial prepreg is made by impregnating carbon fiber warp knitting fabrics with a polymer resin matrix. It combines the resin matrix with the fiber reinforcement. Prepreg is not only an intermediate material for manufacturing various composites but can also be directly used to produce a wide range of composite parts. The quality of the prepreg directly affects the final product quality of these composites. Xcellent offers ±45° biaxial carbon fiber prepreg and 0°/ ±45° triaxial carbon fiber prepreg.

Xcellent - Basalt Fiber Woven Fabric

Xcellent Composites manufactures basalt fiber fabrics using twisted or untwisted continuous basalt fibers as raw materials, woven into various types. The weaving methods include plain weave, twill weave, satin weave, unidirectional fabric, hybrid weave, and mesh fabric. Basalt hybrid fabric combines basalt fibers with other high-performance fibers, such as carbon or glass fibers, enhancing the overall performance of the composite materials. This blend improves properties like fracture resistance and heat resistance. Basalt mesh fabric is made by twisting basalt fibers and then applying a resin coating. The mesh structure enhances the fabric`s stability and durability, making it suitable for reinforcing concrete and road repairs. Basalt unidirectional fabric uses untwisted coarse basalt fibers, with the primary strength distributed along one direction, offering excellent radial mechanical properties.
