Hanwha Energy - Predictive Preservation System
Hanwha's Predictive Preservation System leverages modern sensor technology to collect and analyze data such as vibration, current, and pressure, enabling early detection of equipment abnormalities. This system aims to enhance operational reliability by enabling predictive maintenance through continuous monitoring of equipment status values including vibration, temperature, and current. Featuring a data-centric interface, the system allows inter-data correlation monitoring and is equipped with functionalities such as real-time trending and mobile alarm control. It supports automated report generation and storyboard creation without manual input, with compatibility across multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, and Windows. The expected benefits include minimizing equipment failure, identifying fault causes, and achieving greater profitability. Notably, this system was successfully implemented at the GM Changwon Plant, demonstrating its efficacy in real-world applications.
