Thermal oil waste heat boilers are heated by means of flue gases, e.g. from a biomass combustion. With the thermal energy obtained in the waste heat boiler ORC plants can be operated to produce electrical power. The waste heat of the ORC process can be used for additional processes such as wood drying or hot water preparation.

With our air preheaters the waste gas energy of fired heaters is used to preheat the combustion air. Herewith high thermal efficiencies of over 90 % are achieved. This saves fossil fuels and reduces significantly the CO2 emissions.

Fired heaters ensure low operating costs and highest energy efficiency. Fired heaters convince primarily by high heating capacities and simultaneously low operating costs with high energy efficiency. Especially the use of air-preheaters and waste heat recovery systems contribute to economic efficiency.

Electric heaters are perfectly suitable where low investment costs and short installation times are required. The scope of supply of heat 11 comprises electric heaters from 50 to around 10.000 kW of heating capacity. The heaters are complete with circulation pump, expansion vessel plus collection tank and filling pump piped and ready to use preinstalled.

With only one single medium, thermal oil plants can be designed as heating-cooling-chilling systems also. A large number of cooling and chilling aggregates are available. Depending on the heat transfer medium and application temperatures from -100 °C up to 400 °C are possible.

When individual machines or apparatus shall be controlled independently from the temperature level in the primary loop, our secondary loops are first choice. Individual, precise and economic. In combination with our coolers, also cooling processes are controlled.

With a compact, indirect steam generator of heat 11 you get the steam up. Indirectly heated by means of thermal oil or electrically, they are completely preassembled with feed water tank, automatic refeeding system and water treatment. They dispose of a capacity from 100 to 2.000 kg/h of steam (300 °C, 10 bar).
