Heatlift - High-Temperature Steam Generation Heat Pump

Heatlift SG is a specialized high-temperature heat pump engineered for decarbonizing industrial and district heating steam generation. It utilizes process waste heat to produce steam efficiently. This system captures low-grade heat from cooling loops, humid air, condensation processes, and other ambient sources. Using in-house manufactured centrifugal compressors and environmentally friendly refrigerants, the heat pump elevates captured heat to produce steam at temperatures up to 250°C and pressures up to 15 bar, seamlessly integrating into existing infrastructure. Heatlift SG offers a cost-efficient solution, decreasing final energy consumption by up to four times. Transitioning from fossil fuel boilers to this technology can reduce CO₂ emissions by a factor of ten. High-quality steam production is optimized by maximizing the Coefficient of Performance (COP) through efficient waste heat recovery and mechanical vapor recompression (MVR). Designed for full integration, it supports various applications like drying, heating, evaporation, and sterilization in industrial settings.

The Heatlift HA is engineered as a high-efficiency hot air heat pump specifically designed to decarbonize industrial drying and heating processes. It operates by capturing low-grade heat from cooling loops, humid air, process condensation, flue gases, or ambient sources, and elevating it to produce hot air with temperatures up to 200°C. Built with in-house centrifugal compressors and an eco-friendly refrigerant, this heat pump provides direct hot air, making it viable for processes like drying, heating, and cooking without the need for fossil fuel boilers. The Heatlift HA enables significant energy and cost savings by reducing final energy consumption up to fourfold through the upcycling of waste heat. Emissions can be minimized by a factor of ten compared to traditional fossil fuel systems. Its integration into existing process infrastructures is seamless, allowing for enhanced optimization with the potential to deliver additional hot water from cycle waste heat, thereby improving the coefficient of performance by 0.7.

Heatlift HW employs a high-efficiency centrifugal compressor to elevate the temperature of this waste to produce hot water and superheated water up to 210°C. This water can then be used in industrial processes or district heating networks, offering an efficient alternative to traditional fossil fuel boilers. This system promises significant energy and cost savings by potentially reducing final energy consumption by up to four times. Furthermore, replacing fossil fuel boilers with these pumps could substantially cut CO₂ emissions by tenfold.
