The UVLED Curing Oven offers a compact yet powerful solution for applications requiring focused light curing. Its light output area measures 200mm by 100mm, operating at a wavelength of 365nm, making it suitable for curing various heat-sensitive materials. The oven can be controlled via external IO signals, with real-time temperature monitoring facilitated by the RS485 Modbus-RTU protocol for remote adjustments. This device supports both automatic and manual modes, allowing users to choose either timed or manual UVLED operation. Key operational features include digital dimming and a delayed cooling fan shutdown, enhancing its practicality for industrial uses. The system's high photoelectric conversion rate ensures energy efficiency and rapid curing speed with a power consumption capped at 1.8KW. Designed to meet RoHS standards, this environmentally-conscious unit minimizes thermal stress and does not use mercury, making it suitable for diverse sectors including optical communication and precision optics.
