Heliotex has residential/small business systems available for systems up to 300 panels.  The system affixes nozzles directly to the solar panels with an adhesive so no penetrations are made in the solar panel frame.  The component housing which is located on the ground contains a five gallon soap reservoir and the components necessary for the system.

Each commercial solar panel system is unique and requires PDF drawings and a completed customer checklist to determine the correct design after factoring in customer requirements. The key requirement for us is access to water. As long as we have water we can install a system. If the water pressure and volume are inadequate for the installation, we can provide holding tanks and surface pumps to create our own pressurized systems. System prices are lower where water supply is good. This allows us to avoid tanks and pumps as well as allowing more nozzles per zone valve; thus less zone valves and the fewer the zone valves; the smaller or less automatic programmable controllers.

Heliotex™ Automatic Solar Panel Cleaning Systems automatically wash and rinse your solar panels. Once the system is installed and programmed, it requires no further attention except the occasional refilling of the soap concentrate and replacement of the water filters. The system can be programmed to wash and rinse as often as you feel necessary for you area. The Heliotex™ system attaches nozzles to your solar panels. Water from an existing source, such as a hose bib on a private residence, creates the water necessary for the system. The system can be attached to an existing hose bib or plumbed in with a copper or plastic line. A 110 AC power supply is required to operate the controller.
