After intensive development work the first HERZ pellet boiler with condensing technology was 2016 introduced. The high efficient combustion-technology and the high-quality components result in an efficiency-improvement of the pellet boiler as well as the reduction of the emissions – due to our philosophy “increasing the efficiency, decreasing the emissions”. The HERZ pelletstar CONDENSATION is the ideal solution for new buildings as well as for renovations.

Following the successful market launch of the HERZ pellets condensing boiler in 2016 the first woodchip boiler with condensing technology, the „HERZ firematic CONDENSATION 30/40“ in two sizes (with 30 and 40 kW rated output) is now being presented on the market following intensive research and development work. With the innovative product HERZ Energietechnik GmbH already has been awarded with the Innovation Prize of Burgenland in the category for large companies.

The HERZ-pelletstar 10/20/30/45/60, established in the market since many years and in operation around whole Europe impresses with its high efficiency, easy operation and modern design. The pelletstar 10-60 is characterized by the proven advantages of the HERZ pellet boilers. Examples therefore are the small dimensions, the automatic cleaning of the grate (via tipping grate) and the heat exchanger, the as standard built in lambda probe and much more.

The pelletstar ECO 10-60 is characterized by the proven advantages of the HERZ pellet boilers. Examples therefore are the high heat resistant stainless steel combustion chamber, the automatic cleaning of the grate (via tipping grate) and the heat exchanger, the as standard built in lambda probe and much more. The lambda control is the heart of the ECO-boiler and is the central control unit for combustion control (lambda probe control), buffer management and back flow elevation.

Available as a brine, water and air version from 5 to 18 kW, the allrounder on the one hand impresses with its compactness, on the other hand with maximum efficiency and extensive equipment. The compact design of the refrigeration unit as well as the newly developed „Frame Compliance Mechanism“ guarantee an efficient, quiet and low-vibration operation. A special heat and sound insulation of the compressor ensures further efficiency and noise reduction. The perfectly matched components are controlled by our in-house developed T-CONTROL, which is included in the basic scope of delivery.
