Tempering Furnaces - Glass Tempering Furnaces
HHH Equipment - Model A7 - Glass Bending Furnace
The A7 Glass Bending Furnace is engineered for producing J- and R-shaped tempered glass, making it suitable for diverse applications such as bus side windows, shower stalls, architecture, furniture, and appliances. It features flexible shaft arc-forming technology and dual-side rollers which function concomitantly for seamless glass motion and precise arc shaping. The furnace offers synchronous and asynchronous arc-adjusting modes for creating varied glass forms, and boasts minimized arc radius by employing upper and lower quench walls pressing together, with a minimum arc radius of 350 mm. The furnace accommodates glass widths ranging from 24 to 78 inches and thicknesses of 5 to 8 mm. Its production capacity reaches 15 batches per hour, making it an efficient solution for high-volume glass bending needs. The resulting bend types include jumbo-J, small J, uniform R, and unbalanced R shapes, catering to a wide and versatile range of industrial requirements.
HHH Equipment - Model A3 Series - Radiation Glass Tempering Furnace
The A3 Series Radiation Glass Tempering Furnace by HHH Equipment is designed to cater to small and medium-sized glass fabricators looking for efficient and consistent glass tempering solutions. It employs radiant heating technology with heat-resistant cast steel plates, offering uniform and gentle heating to minimize iridescence and improve glass quality. This furnace is equipped with an Intelligent Heating Control Module, ensuring precise and stable temperature management. It is particularly suitable for applications such as shower doors and interior glass. The equipment accommodates glass widths ranging from 49 to 130 inches and thicknesses between 3 to 19 mm, with a minimum glass size of 4 x 6 inches. Its advanced features make it a reliable choice for fabricators seeking to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
