HiTemp - Rotary Kiln Systems

HiTemp manufactures Rotary Kiln Systems that will operate at 12 to 100 tons per day. All system components are factory-built and tested. By using a 309 stainless steel liner and ceramic fiber insulation, we can shop-assemble the largest systems without exceeding the weight and size restrictions of standard freight. Shop fabrication and on-site time is minimized. Complete systems can be designed, built, installed and be operational within three months. System components are shipped by standard 40` (12m) type trailers. Locally sourced cranes and rigging equipment can assemble the system in just a few days. Electrical and piping can usually be installed in one week.

HiTemp - Enclosed Gas Flares

HiTemp has developed a system that mixes the methane stream with sufficient combustion air to maintain a consistent temperature assuring maximum destruction of any methane present in the exhaust gas.

HiTemp - Single and Dual Hearth Furnaces System

HiTemp Process Furnace Systems are designed and manufactured for low and high BTU solids using a combination of temperature and destructive distillation to breakdown the combustibles. An afterburner system separately controls adding secondary combustion air to raise the temperature of the exhaust gases to the required operating temperature, eliminating any smoke or vapors.

HiTemp - Municipal and Solid Waste Incinerators System

Drawing on our extensive experience with rotary kiln technology, HiTemp has developed a municipal solid waste disposal process that utilizes modified shipping containers to form a modular system with a capacity of from 10 to 100 tons per day. If increased capacity is needed, multiple units can be combined to form a larger system. Our waste disposal control and combustion systems are designed with modular, interchangeable components to allow easy access for repairs and maintenance. This approach allows us to design, build and ship our systems in half the time normally required by standard site assembled units. Based on the customer`s needs, we can have a system on site and operational within 3 to 4 months from when the system is ordered. Since our systems are modular, replacement parts and capacity increases can be made without major changes to the basic design.
