A service resident is a HORIBA FuelCon service employee who works directly on site as a permanent service engineer and can therefore offer you the best possible support in your daily work with your test benches. The aim is to achieve maximum availability of the installed HORIBA FuelCon test stands. Since the test stands are often used by different employees, the particular advantage of a service resident is that the permanent staff is relieved of the necessary training and education activities, routine inspection work and the ability to react more quickly in the event of operating difficulties.
