Hustler News & Mixed Paper Screens accurately and efficiently separate containers from fiber. They come in 96" wide and feature special clamp-on two piece discs with split square hubs. The special urethane compound dramatically increases the life of the disc and the square hub reduces wrapping. The split disc design reduces replacement time. News & Mixed Paper Screens also include efficiency inverter duty electric brake motors and hydraulic power units for screen angle adjustment. Plus harness tie offs and access doors with safety interlock switches for enhanced safety. Supports and chutes can be custom designed to meet specific requirements.

Hustler Conveyor’s 5` diameter drum feeders use channel reinforcements welded to the underside to increase the strength of the belt pan and limit deflection. Belting consists of ¼-inch plate 9-inch pitch piano hinge steel. Tracks use 25# ASCE rail designed to prevent material buildup and provide a smooth surface for the belt and rollers to travel. The heavy duty frame is braced and reinforced for rigidity in all planes and is completely shop fitted and welded. Side bars are precision die punched HR 1044 high carbon steel.
