Hydro-Pac - Low Pressure Gas Compressors

The LX-SERIES™ Gas Compressor is the most popular compressor for hydrogen gas applications. This model has been installed world wide in fixed and mobile fueling stations, industrial and manufacturing sites, research and development facilities and off-shore applications. Standard models are rated for discharge pressures of 1,500 to 12,000 psig with frame sizes from 3 to 60HP. These compressors are available as single or two-stage models to meet the inlet requirements of the application. Both designs feature the same proven hydraulically driven technology that made Hydro-Pac high-pressure compressors so reliable. easy to maintain in installations world wide. These compressors can be customized for specific pressures, capacities and applications with simple modifications.

Hydro-Pac - High-Pressure Gas Compressors

The Li’l CRITTER™ High-Pressure Gas Compressor is used for low capacity production and research applications that require a small flowrate at high pressure. Standard units are available for discharge pressures of 10,000 to 60,000 psig (70 to 415 MPa) in frame sizes of 3, 5 and 7.5 hp (2.3, 3.8 and 5.6 kW). Two-stage Li’l Critter™ compressors typically operate with inlet pressure ranges of 500 to 3,000 psig. Single-stage compressors operate on an 8:1 compression ratio. These compressors can be customized for specific pressures, capacities and applications with simple modifications.

Hydro-Pac - Gas Compressors

The FLEXI-POWER™ High-Pressure Gas Compressor is used for high pressure testing, alternative refueling, high flowrate research applications and heavy duty industrial applications. Standard units are available for discharge pressures of 10,000 to 60,000 psig (70 to 415 MPa) in frame sizes from 10 to 100 hp (7.5 to 75 kW). Two-stage FX compressors typically operate with inlet pressure ranges of 500 to 3,000psig. Single-stage compressors operate on an 8:1 compression ratio. These compressors can be customized for specific pressures, capacities and applications with simple modifications. Custom units are available for pressures greater than 60,000 psig (415 MPa). Standard options are available for control and piping systems.
