The Hydron 400 Series is the most precise, accurate, and versatile Sanitary Hydroheater available. Hydron A-Series is self-draining from multiple orientations and the steam and liquid inlets can rotate 360°. The unit will drain in a vertical position or, if horizontal, with steam and liquid inlets downward, angled below horizontal plane. The heater is designed for clean-in-place (CIP). The heater can be easily disassembled for maintenance.

Hydro-Thermal’s newest innovation is called the NOH or the Non-Obstructing Heater. The NOH’s straight tube design allows unrestricted flow, prevents pressure drop and heats slurries without plugging or fouling. The NOH’s rugged design and materials of construction allow it to handle abrasive materials minimizing wear on internal parts.

The Solaris features a cross flow diffuser that injects steam across the entire cross-section of flow to ensure thorough mixing and a uniform temperature profile. It utilizes low shear flow, making it ideal for slurries with high solid contents and process fluids where chunk size must be maintained.

The Industrial Jetcooker is ideal for heating liquids and slurries over a wide range of viscosities and solid contents to precise temperatures. With the unique manual or automatic combining tube adjustor, you can easily control the process shear, which makes this heater the perfect choice for achieving optimum starch conversion.
