Hydropress products

Hydropress hydraulic tubes, like hoses, are used for power transmission and control in power hydraulic systems in almost all industries. Tubes in hydraulic systems are installed by means of DIN 2353 metric tube couplings on the cutting ring, or  tube forming (WALFORM system) or by means of tube end flaring at 37° in the JIC system acc. to  SAE-J514 or in the ORFS system acc. to  SAE-J1453; by welding tube fittings using flanged connections acc. to  SAE-J518. Hydropress can deliver seamless cold drawn tubes for precision applications with 3.1. (3.1.B) or 3.2. (3.1.C)  certificates according to DIN EN 10204 and DIN EN10216-5. In order to obtain a certificate, it is necessary to mark this option at the ordering stage. Only original tubes made according to Hydropress specifications give a 100% guarantee of safety and reliability!

Application: Clamps for metric and imperial pipes from 6 mm to 101.8 mm. Material: Polypropylene, polyamide, aluminium, rubber. Accessories made of phosphate carbon steel, galvanised or stainless steel. Conforming to DIN 3015/1.

CAST C4 series fittings and ferrules are hose fittings with multiple sealing points according to EN 853, EN 856, EN 857, SAE J517. When crimping, the carvings on the outer hose diameter and on the inner part of the sleeve align with each other so that they interlock, thus forming a strong and resistant connection.
