Esse A., a leader in the laser industry, joined the Hypertherm Associates family in 2008, bringing over 20 years expertise in engineering and manufacturing laser consumables and accessories. Located in Sasso Marconi, Italy, the Esse A. team provides contract manufacturing of laser consumables to OEMs around the world. The engineers and design teams at the Esse A. facility work closely with OEMs to develop high-quality laser nozzles, nozzle holders and accessories. Products are manufactured using state-of-the-art, precision equipment. To ensure repeatable, critical-to-function dimensions for consistent consumable performance, Lean manufacturing principles and Six-Sigma manufacturing processes are followed.
