Plate heat exchangers are used to transfer heat between two media, which are separated from each other by corrugated plates,  thereby extensively used for heating and cooling applications.

The module works by harnessing solar thermal energy and storing it in a Thermal Storage System (TSS). This way, it can use the stored energy to cool the milk even when the sun is not shining. It can also switch to grid power seamlessly when needed. The module empowers farmers to use renewable energy for their operations.
