Voestalpine Polynorm Gmbh & Co KG together with iFIX-Solar GmbH has developed the innovative, toolless Flat Roof Mounting System iFIX and made it ready for start of production. iFIX is a highly advanced photovoltaic system for flat roof buildings. The supporting fixture is made in one single piece out of corrosion protected steel sheet. iFIX is produced by using deep drawing technology, which is a cost effective lead production process from the Automotive industry. It integrates carrying system, mounting points for module attachment, wiring and wind conducting surfaces.
