The Hauzer Flexicoat 500 is the smallest Flexicoat system, offering the benefits of proven Hauzer technology at a smaller scale and lower investment. The Flexicoat 500 was designed with the needs of small coating service providers, universities, R&D institutes, and start-ups in mind. It is also a cost effective coating system for larger coating service providers who regularly need to coat small batches or small items – especially in sectors where turnaround time is critical.

The Hauzer Flexicoat 850 system has four available positions for deposition technologies, which gives it flexibility for a range of applications. The Flexicoat 850 is the common choice for coating cutting tools, automotive components such as piston rings and for R&D institutes. The system’s shielding is designed for ease of maintenance. An optional second door is available for ease of access. The system is built on a single frame, so it is easy to position.

The Hauzer Flexicoat 1250 has been designed in sync with current market trends. It has a bigger loading capacity and optimised heating and cooling features. The system is spacious enough to accommodate larger volumes and reduce coating costs, yet small enough that customers can use it at capacity. The Flexicoat 1250 has the highest degree of flexibility in the Flexicoat family, with up to seven cathode positions. The innovative heating and cooling features make it the ideal choice for deposition of ta-C coatings.
