Low Voltage

IEM - Low Voltage Switchboards

IEM Switchboards can be custom designed or utilize a standard configuration to meet specific dimensional and electrical requirements. They can include fully integrated component options from leading manufacturers, including automatic transfer switches, TVSS, distribution transformers, and PLC or relay-based transfer schemes. Circuit breakers and fusible switches can be grouped or individually mounted. Indoor and outdoor electrical switchboard enclosures are available in a wide range of durable color finishes.

IEM - Low Voltage Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS)

IEM’s Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), equipped with an advanced breaker/ switch transfer pair, provides increased power distribution reliability and reduced maintenance as compared to solenoid-based operators. Integrated electrical overcurrent protection is optionally available within the same footprint. The switching elements can be non-automatic switches or breakers in either 3P or 4P configurations. The ATS is controlled by the Woodward/IEM DTSC/XFER-200, which has an easy to use interface and supports a wide variety of communications and I/O options, including programmable logic capabilities. Our low voltage ATS equipment is’s are rated for emergency applications and suitable for critical and non-critical loads.

IEM’s medium-voltage, vacuum circuit breaker product line is available in the 5kV, 15kV, 27kV, and 38kV classes in outdoor non-walk-in, outdoor walk-in and indoor power distribution enclosures. Selection of specific protective relays, metering devices and circuit breakers for specific applications is optional. This flexible and customizable feature makes IEM an ideal engineering and design choice for unique projects and for matching or upgrading existing installations.

IEM - Medium Voltage Metal-Enclosed Switchgear

IEM’s fusible load interrupter product line is available in the 5kV, 15kV, and 27kV classes in outdoor non-walk-in, outdoor walk-in and indoor power distribution enclosures. IEM metal enclosed switchgear utilizes a compartmentalized construction isolating the bus, cable, and main switches and allowing for minimal maintenance and use of interior barriers. Metal-enclosed switchgear can be custom configured to meet unique physical and electrical requirements.
