Mattei high-pressure lubricated boosters of MBL series allow air, nitrogen and other gases to be drawn in at a pressure greater than atmospheric pressure (typically between 4 and 10 bar) and compress them to a greater pressure (typically between 15 and 45 bar).

Concerto is the latest-generation Mattei master controller able to manage up to 16 compressors at the same time, allowing energy savings that can exceed 35%. Concerto extends the life of your air compressor by reducing the number of motor stops and starts to a minimum and eliminating dry run time almost entirely.

Quartetto is Mattei’s programmable master controller, particularly suited for manufacturing processes requiring a large amount of variable compressed air over time or when avoiding machine downtime is paramount. It manages up to 4 air compressors at the same time, as long as they can be started and stopped remotely.

Maestro XS is a control device able to adapt the air compressor operation to the load profile required by the network to which it is connected. Provided with several programming and operation and anomaly analysis levels, it allows the optimal management of the compressor, increasing efficiency and reducing waste. Maestro XS features IP 65, a high protection rating that makes it suitable for any installation and protects it from external agents.
