The next generation laser processing system for cSi solar cells. The LUMION is a state of  the art laser system for cSi solar cell processing. It achieves a throughput of  up to 7.500 wafers/ hour and is used in 24/ 7 high-volume production. The LUMION is available for for various applicatons such as Laser Doped Selective Emitter (LDSE), Passivated Emitter Rear Contact cells (PERC) and laser direct cleaving- cell cutting (LDC) . The system can be configured as a stand- alone system with loading and unloading automation or as an integrated PERC processing module into existing printing lines.

The ULTAGO is a powerful laser processing workstation designed for high-precision applications in the photovoltaic, precision engineering, and electronic industries. It achieves maximum throughput for solar cells or ceramic substrates and is used in high-volume production environments. Different from linear table machines, in the turntable machine loading, unloading, alignment, as well as laser processing are carried out in parallel in order to reach optimum productivity.

The awarded high speed dash pattern process of InnoLas achieves a similar opening ratio as a dot pattern. The losses in Voc and FF caused by dots, which are not contacted properly, are avoided due to the size of the dashes. An optimized dash pattern can achieve highest cell efficiencies.
