Inproheat Industries offers Compact Welded heat exchangers from Tranter and Nexson. These heat exchangers are defined by an assembly of plates that are usually washboard-patterned-embossed or herringbone with almost all of the design material being involved in the heat transfer process. Every other plate is turned 180°, which causes the ridges of the adjacent plates to intersect with one another – ultimately forming a lattice of contact points. When these points are subsequently brazed together, the unit functions as a compact and pressure-resistant heat exchanger.

Inproheat Industries offers plate and frame-gasketed heat exchangers manufactured by Tranter. The efficiency of plate and frame-gasketed heat exchangers is based on the flow directions and the plate pattern angles, which must be carefully calculated to achieve the necessary turbulence, temperature, and pressure drop. The closer the heat exchanger matches the application’s performance requirements, the more efficient and economical the solution will be. Tranter’s line of plate and frame-gasketed heat exchangers includes the popular Superchanger model.

Inproheat Industries offers biomass energy systems designed by GTS Energy, a Sigma Thermal brand. Biomass energy systems are important for being able to convert biomass sources into useful energy gases. Built to produce energy through an advanced combustion system that is highlighted by a specialized grate furnace, biomass energy systems are designed for the delivery of different energy systems.

Inproheat Industries supplies primary foundry aluminum ingots and secondary aluminum ingots from Alcoa, Rio Tinto Alcan, and Trialco. Foundry aluminum alloys that are currently produced and available from Inproheat include: 383.1, 356.1, 356.2, 771, 710 and 535.2 (with Almag). All aluminum ingots feature stamps containing heat number and grade classification.
