INTEC thermal oil heaters are used to supply process heat to production systems in almost all industry sectors. Our customers` local conditions largely determine the design of the heat transfer oil heater. All construction methods, whether horizontal, vertical with downward or upward firing or electrically heated, are at the highest technical level and have been used in large numbers around the world for a long time.

Waste heat heaters use the heat from exhaust gases from combustion processes or from hot exhaust air streams from industrial processes. The INTEC waste heat heaters are used behind solid fuel furnaces, afterburning systems, gas and diesel engines, melting furnaces and turbines in many industry sectors .

INTEC gas heaters are used for preheating technical and industrial gases required in the chemical industry and other Industry sectors .

Rising prices for fossil fuels and the ever-increasing demand for the use of renewable, CO2-neutral fuels require innovative solutions. INTEC plans, designs and delivers solid fuel-fired energy systems tailored to the customer, which supply the plant with process energy in an efficient and environmentally friendly manner and are used to generate electricity through a combined system with steam turbines or ORC modules in the thermal oil circuit. The flue gases produced during combustion are heated using our thermal oil or steam systems.

In many cases, the use of fluidized bed combustion is ideal for burning biomass and for thermal waste utilization. The INTEC fluidized bed combustion is an atmospheric fluidized bed, which significantly increases performance by partially recirculating the ash via a side bed.

INTEC waste heat steam boilers are high-pressure steam generators designed as water tube boilers. They are used wherever superheated steam at high pressure is required. These waste heat steam boilers use the enthalpy of exhaust gases from upstream combustion of biomass.

The INTEC natural circulation boiler iNook is a rapid steam generator that supplies production heat in closed water-steam circuits at high pressures - especially in the food industry. It is directly connected to the heat consumer. The heat transfer surfaces consist of vertical tubes which are welded together via ribs.

Almost all heat transfer systems are open systems in which the expansion volume of the heat transfer medium is absorbed in so-called expansion vessels when it heats up. These are cylindrical vessels which are available in vertical and horizontal versions. When repairing a heat transfer oil system, the filling contents in the repair area must be safely drained and stored. Sufficiently sized collection vessels are used for this purpose. The expansion and collecting vessels are equipped with filling and emptying devices and the necessary sensors.
