Integrated Flow Solutions Fuel Gas Conditioning Systems are designed to protect natural gas fueled engines and turbines from liquid slugs, solids (< 0.1 microns) and liquid aerosols. Additionally, the fuel gas is superheated above the hydrocarbon and water dew points to prevent liquid condensation in the turbine’s combustion chambers. These systems meet or exceed reciprocating engine and turbine manufacturers’ fuel gas quality specifications providing dry, clean fuel to increase the life of the equipment.

Integrated Flow Solutions Heat Transfer/Hot Oil Systems are designed to store and transfer heat transfer fluids used for industrial heating. The heat transfer fluid is normally stored in an elevated insulated vessel skid mounted. Special high temperature centrifugal pumps are used to circulate the heat media fluid from the storage tank through an electric process heater, gas fired heater or exhaust heat exchanger. The heat transfer fluid’s elevated temperature is then used to safely heat a process system and is then returned to the storage vessel.

The Integrated Flow Solutions 6012 Series Electric Heater Control Panels offer convenient, economical control of resistive loads. A broad list of configuration options allow the 6012 series control panel to fit most common electric heater control requirements. These pre-engineered, pre-wired panels require only sensor, load and power supply connections. The 6012 Series Heater Control Panel totally eliminates the engineering, design, component procurement, assembly and testing steps required to build a control panel.
