Thermal Complete Plants
ITI - Combustion Plant for Wood Waste
Combustion plant for wood waste. The plant is basically made up of a hot gas generator combined with a direct drum dryer, for MDF panel production, and a thermal oil boiler for heating the oil needed for the press line.
ITI - Cogeneration Plant
The system consists of a hot gas generator, connected to a thermal oil boiler for heating the oil required to operate a 999KWe ORC turbine. Excess heat is recovered in internal production processes.
ITI - Combustion Plant for Wood Waste
Combustion plant for wood waste. It consists mainly of a hot gas generator coupled with a thermal oil boiler, for the heating of the oil required for indirect heating dryers and plywood production presses, and the indirect saturated steam generators for a belt dryer for the production of particleboard panel, and superheated for the operation of a 200 KWe cogeneration turbine.
Combustion Systems
ITI - Ashes Discharge Systems
During operation of the plant are produced ash of different granulometry and weight, also depending on the type of fuel used. The ash drainage system is divided into machines that collect coarse ash separating it during combustion on the grid and falling through the bars in the hoppers or in the hot well and the machines that constitute the handling of fine ash separating along the hot gas line from the filtration systems.
ITI - Burners
For fine size wood waste, suspended combustion systems have been developed, commonly and improperly called "burners". These combustion units are often present in our plants, since in the wood-based panels (industrial sector where we have been involved in technological development), the finishing process is constantly present, which has the result of very fine waste production of which disposal is required.
