ITM - Model HGas1SP - Small Containerised PEM Electrolyser Hydrogen Generation System
The HGas1SP Plug&Play product includes a single ITM Power high-efficient PEM electrolyser stack alongside all the necessary sub-systems required to produce high-purity, self-pressurised hydrogen gas. The MEP1 is rated at ~0.7MW start of life (including all sub-systems) and is able to produce ~270kg of hydrogen per day. The fully integrated turn-key system is packaged in two separate ISO containers. The Electrolyser container includes the electrolyser stack, process equipment (including water clean-up), hydrogen purification and a PLC control system. The Power Supply container includes power distribution within the equipment and rectifiers for the electrolyser stacks.
ITM - Model HGas2SP - Medium Size Containerised PEM Electrolyser Hydrogen Generation System
The HGas2SP Plug&Play product includes two ITM Power high-efficient PEM electrolyser stacks alongside all the necessary sub-systems required to produce high-purity, self-pressurised hydrogen gas. The MEP1 is rated at ~1.3MW start of life (including all sub-systems) and is able to produce ~540kg of hydrogen per day. The fully integrated turn-key system is packaged in two separate ISO containers. The Electrolyser container includes the electrolyser stacks, process equipment (including water clean-up), hydrogen purification and a PLC control system. The Power Supply container includes power distribution within the equipment and rectifiers for the electrolyser stacks.
ITM - Model HGas3SP - Largest Containerised PEM Electrolyser Hydrogen Generation System
The HGas3SP Plug&Play product includes three ITM Power high-efficient PEM electrolyser stacks alongside all the necessary sub-systems required to produce high-purity, self-pressurised hydrogen gas. The HGas3SP is rated at ~2MW start of life (including all sub-systems) and is able to produce ~800kg of hydrogen per day. The fully integrated turn-key system is packaged in two separate ISO containers. The Electrolyser container includes the electrolyser stacks, process equipment (including water clean-up), hydrogen purification and a PLC control system. The Power Supply container includes power distribution within the equipment and rectifiers for the electrolyser stacks.
ITM - Model HGasXMW - Large Hydrogen Generation Electrolyser System
The HgasXMW product is a large electrolyser system built based on modules of three ITM Power stacks. Each 3-stack module is built on a skid frame suitable to be housed indoors and is rated ~2MW capacity at beginning of life. The number of 2MW modules in the system is scaled according to the hydrogen output or electrical input requirements of the customer. For example, a 10MW electrolyser system would be made up of five 2MW modules. Each 2MW module is able to operate independently of one another allowing for greater flexibility in load control and rolling maintenance. The 2MW modules are deployed alongside the vital sub-systems required for operation. Input water and output hydrogen purification options are available depending on specific requirements from the customer.
ITM - Hydrogen (H2) Stations
