PowerZook is a power sensor that can be installed without system downtime to provide rack input power readings via SNMP. PowerZook clips around the outside of rack input power cables to monitor the power draw of the rack equipment for loads of up to 32A. PowerZook provides a smart alternative to smart PDU`s where system downtime and/or higher costs are not viable options.

The IT Power Audit Kit (ITPAK) has been designed to provide managers of data centres and server rooms with a way to quickly and easily gather power usage information on a ‘spot-check’ basis.

The power sensor can be connected to a mains power socket to monitor for power failure. We recommend that the interSeptor, interSeptor Pro or PowerFox8 are supplied by a UPS and this sensor connected to a non-UPS mains power socket. The Voltage Sensor can be used to monitor spare power outlets for outages and interruptions. As soon as power to the outlet is lost the sensor will trigger an alarm.
