Janfire - Pellet Burner

The pellet burner is the core of your pellet heating system. Janfire Flex-a is the market’s most lavish burner when it comes to the frame design and components. Since the late 1990s, it has been the best-selling burner. The Janfire Flex-a is small and is suitable for almost all boilers, oil, wood or combi boilers and can therefore be easily connected to your existing boiler, or to Janfire’s pellet boiler. The pellet burner is usually connected to where the oil burner was connected. The burner is fed directly from a freestanding pellet storage to a small receiving part of the burner, from where the feeding takes place.

The pellet burner for everyone – with almost no maintenance. Thanks to a completely new patented technology, Janfire NH has the least service needs of all pellet burners on the market. The burner is fully automatic and self-cleaning and can run for up to six months at a time without service and supervision (fits perfect with Janfire pellet boiler). When installing on a boiler from another brand, ash emptying intervals depend on the boiler’s space for ash storage. A moving bottom of the burner scrapes off and feeds slag and impurities into the pan. The burner is cleaned automatically by the boiler thermostat switch, or at preset intervals. Fast cleaning and ignition means efficient heat production. Can be easily supplemented with lambda control.

Janfire Duoflame - Self-Cleaning Pellet Burners

With Janfire NH self-cleaning pellet burners, the lowest service requirement that the market can offer is obtained. The fully automatic and self-cleaning burner can run for up to six months without service and supervision. Janfire 02 regulation automatically adapts the fuel/air mixture to variations in the volume weight of the fuel. A patented movable bottom of the burner scrapes off and feeds ash into the pan. The burner is cleaned automatically at preset intervals.

Efficient combustion with rotating roster drum provides low operating cost. The rotating combustion chamber with ceramic afterburner chamber provides optimal combustion with the highest efficiency over the entire power span. If necessary, the power output can be easily controlled. The rotation creates turbulence for more efficient combustion, higher efficiency and lower emissions.

Construction

Janfire - Construction Air Heating System

The heating system in the container unit is built with four Janfire NH pellet burners and are intended for temporary heating/drying of construction sites and facades. Control and monitoring is done via Janfire’s PLC system. The system is connected to the internet, which provides the ability to monitor the operation remotely. In case of any notifications, an SMS is sent out to on-call staff. The silo level is continuously measured, and an SMS is sent out at low levels.
