Natural-gas-reformed Hydrogen Fuel Cell CHP System
H2ES-5 is designed for residential use. It consumes natural gas(converted to be 75%-78% purity hydrogen) and generates electricity and useful heat simultaneously. With 1.5Nm3 natural gas, it can generate 5kWh power and 7.5kWh heat per hour. The overall efficiency is up to 93.5% and can reduce carbon emmission by 30%. It is a highly efficient solution to reducing energy bills and cutting carbon footprint. The produced electricity can be used on-site to power a range of appliances, while any excess electricity can be exported to the grid. The generated heat is output in the form of hot water. It is ideal for use in a wide range of environments, such as multi-family houses, apartments, hotels, resort buildings, shopping malls, office buildings, etc.

CarNeu-500 fuel cell system is designed for industrial use / commerical use. Consuming pure hydrogen (99.97% purity), it can output 500kW net electrical power. Under on-grid running condition, the hydrogen consumption is 335Nm3/h. While under off-grid running condition, the hydrogen consumption is 388Nm3/h. If the thermal energy is needed, we also can collect the heat and output the heat in the form of hot-water. CarNeu-500 is an ideal solution as backup power supply for data centers, laboratories, etc. It also suitable to used as constant power supply for industrial factories, commerical premises, etc.

CarNeu series fuel cell system consumes pure hydrogen(99.97% purity) and output zero-emission electrical energy. If heat energy is also needed, the heat management system can be customized made, too. CarNeu-1000 fuel cell system is designed to output 1000kW power. Under on-grid running condition, it consumes 670NM3/h pure hydrogen to output 1000KW power and 870KW heat at the same time. Under off-grid running condition, it need to consume 770NM3/h hydrogen to output 1000kW power and 1130kW heat. It is suitable to be installed nearby chemical plants where there is enough chemical byproduct hydrogen, so there is no need to transport the hydrogen and can save the high cost of hydrogen storage. This helps chemical plants save much energy bills as well as reduce the carbon emissions. It is aslo suitable to be coupled with water electrolysis hydrogen production system to provide constant power and heat.
