The wet rotary kiln belongs to the category of building materials and equipment. It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, building refractories, environmental protection, and other industries. The rotary kiln is composed of cylinder, supporting device, supporting device with baffle wheel, transmission device, movable kiln head, sealing device of kiln tail, coal injection pipe device, etc. The kiln body of the wet rotary kiln is inclined to a certain level. The cylinder body of the rotary kiln is rolled up by a steel plate. The cylinder body is lined with refractory lining and has a specified gradient with the level. It is supported by three-wheel belts on each supporting device. A large ring of teeth is fixed on the inner cylinder body of the span near the wheel belt at the feeding end with a tangential spring plate, and a pinion meshes with it. In normal operation, the main drive motor transmits power to the open gear device through the main reducer to drive the rotary kiln.
