Solar Collectors
Jinyi - Heat Pipe Solar Collector
Jinyi - Heat Pipe Solar Collector
Jinyi - Flat Plate Solar Collector
Flat plate solar collector is a metal box with a glass cover on top and a colored absorber plate at the middle. The sides and bottom of the collector are insulated to minimize heat loss. Sunlight passes through the glass cover and absorbed by the absorber plate, convert solar energy into heat energy. The heat energy is transferred to heat transfer liquid passing through copper pipes, which attached on the absorber plate.
Compact Pressure Solar Heater
Jinyi - Heat Pipe Solar Water Heater
Jinyi compact pressure solar water heater is a renovation model for the solar hot water, which adopts advanced heat pipe technology, combines heat pipe solar collector with pressurized tank to form a compact design. The vacuum tube absorb solar energy and convert solar energy into thermal energy, then transfer to the central heat pipe via the aluminum fin. The heat pipe have tiny amount of purified water sealed inside at depressurized condition. When heated, the water inside the heat pipes vaporizes at low temperature (about 25°C), the vapor rises to the condenser and heat energy is conducted to water (inside the tank). When vapor is cooled down, and becomes condensate, falling back to the bottom of heat pipe. By continuously circulating in this way, heat is carried from outside to the water inside the tank.
Jinyi - Pre-Heated Solar Water Heater
Jinyi solar offers a range of high quality tanks designed especially for "Pre-heating". These tanks can be used in combination with existing electric/gas mains pressure water heaters, or even as stand alone low pressure hot water systems with the addition of electric elements or external gas boosting.
Compact Non-Pressure Solar Heater
Jinyi - Galvanized Steel Solar Water Heater
The non-pressurized solar water heater (solar geyser) is based on the natural circulation thermosiphon phenomenon. It’s the most cost-effectiveness and environmentally friendly way to harness solar energy for hot water applications, which is unsurpassed by any other solar thermal products, for its most high efficiency, low cost and easy installation.
Jinyi - Stainless Steel Solar Water Heater
The stainless steel non-pressurized solar water heater (solar geyser) is based on the natural circulation thermosiphon phenomenon. It’s the most cost-effectiveness and environmentally friendly way to harness solar energy for hot water applications, which is unsurpassed by any other solar thermal products, for its most high efficiency, low cost and easy installation.

Jinyi - Direct Flat Plate Solar Water Heater
Direct flat plate solar water heater is such a kind of thermosiphon solar water heating device, which flat plate collector placed below high pressure hot water tank. The tank and flat plate are connected with two circulation pipes to form a closed-loop solar water heating system, the whole system only use water, always designed as a direct system, so can’t use other liquid as circulation medium. By continuously circulating in this way, the water is heated directly inside flat collector and rise to be stored inside hot water tank.
Jinyi - Indirect Flat Plate Solar Water Heater
The flat panel solar collector absorbs solar energy. The low-iron content solar glass allows more solar energy to pass through. In the closed circuit system, heat is absorbed by the flat panel collector and passed to the heat transfer liquid inside the flat panel solar collector. As the temperature of the liquid increases, the hot fluid rises up through the collector by the natural thermosiphon principle, flow into the heat exchanger jacket around the water tank. Here, the heat is transferred to the water, cooling the fluid. The cooler fluid is then forced back down into the collector through the displacement action of further hot fluid rising up into the heat exchanger jacket. The cooler fluid that has been forced down is again heated in the collector and rises back up to pass the heat to the water in water tank. This circulation repeats until all water in the storage tank heated.
