In prevention of two different kinds of fluid from intermixing caused by internal leakage, KAORI precisely designed the D070 Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger (BPHE) with the double-stacked plates, to eliminate the possibility of cross contamination. The unique air gap is created between the two plates. Once internal leakage occurs, the 2nd plate becomes a shield to keep fluid stay and flow on the same channel through the air gap. Meanwhile, vent holes outside the plate will seep out fluid as an indication of leakage. The patented plate design construction can greatly raise and enforce the safety to use KAORI D070, especially for Residential and Industries where require high and strict safety standard; a visible safety solution.

K025 makes the character such as compact size, high efficiency in thermal exchange realistic. K025 can be used as not only condenser and evaporator but also subcooler or de-superheater which is mainly applied in residential or small size of commercial HVAC and refrigeration facility.

K030 is commonly used in residential or commerical HVAC in small size as well as cooling system. In addition to condenser and evaporator, K030 can also be intergrated with de-superheater and subcooler.

Z series is designed with diagonal flow pattern, featured in high efficiency and wide range of application. It can be used to replace tube, shell and spiral heat exchangers. The unique pattern of diagonal flow utilizes the transfer area on the plate and refrains the risk of freezing, resulting from water remaining on the corner of plate. This design rises the durability and expands the feasiblity of the application , such as evaporator, condenser, oil cooler, and district heating system.

R050 is the newly-developed BPHE dedicated to environment-friendly and high thermal transferring refrigerant such as R32,R410A, R134a. Its 10% higher efficiency than conventional BPHE and lightweight significantly redue the carbon emission. R050 provides the heating or cooling system developer`s expected performance of evaporator and condenser.

R051 is the newly-developed BPHE dedicated to environment-friendly and high thermal transferring refrigerant such as R32,R410A, R134a. R051 uses innovative design on shape of plates. Its light weight and high pressure resistence significantly reduces carbon emission, and the efficiency rises 10% as well. R051 has perfect compatibility for working conditions, generating cooling and heating effects, especially evaporator and condenser.

K030S has the capability to endure high pressure caused by R410A, R134a up to 45 BAR and other highly compressed gas in condenser and de-superheater. Despite home-use & commercial HVAC, K030S can be visible in industrial and medical refrigeration system.

K025S is the model which can fucntion as condenser and de-superheater and sustain 45 BAR. It can be integrated with refrigerant, causing higher pressure such as R410A, R134a and other highy compressed gas. K025S materializes the design of compact size and high thermal efficiency. It is widely used in residential and small size industrial HVAC, reefer, truck and medical facility.
