Double Wall - D series

BPHE - Double Wall Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger

In prevention of two different kinds of fluid from intermixing caused by internal leakage, KAORI precisely designed the D070 Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger (BPHE) with the double-stacked plates, to eliminate the possibility of cross contamination. The unique air gap is created between the two plates. Once internal leakage occurs, the 2nd plate becomes a shield to keep fluid stay and flow on the same channel through the air gap. Meanwhile, vent holes outside the plate will seep out fluid as an indication of leakage. The patented plate design construction can greatly raise and enforce the safety to use KAORI D070, especially for Residential and Industries where require high and strict safety standard; a visible safety solution.

Standard Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger

K025 makes the character such as compact size, high efficiency in thermal exchange realistic. K025 can be used as not only condenser and evaporator but also subcooler or de-superheater which is mainly applied in residential or small size of commercial HVAC and refrigeration facility.

Standard Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger

K030 is commonly used in residential or commerical HVAC in small size as well as cooling system. In addition to condenser and evaporator, K030 can also be intergrated with de-superheater and subcooler.

Diagnol Flow Plate Heat Exchanger

Z series is designed with diagonal flow pattern, featured in high efficiency and wide range of application. It can be used to replace tube, shell and spiral heat exchangers. R050 is the newly-developed BPHE dedicated to environment-friendly and high thermal transferring refrigerant such as R32,R410A, R134a. Its 10% higher efficiency than conventional BPHE and lightweight significantly redue the carbon emission. R050 provides the heating or cooling system developer`s expected performance of evaporator and condenser.
