The AEC-Q200 Ultra-Low ESR X8G range features a highly stable X8R High Q material system, designed to deliver excellent low loss performance. These capacitors, compliant with the AEC-Q200 automotive specification, are optimized to achieve the lowest possible equivalent series resistance (ESR). The electrode system within these capacitors minimizes metal losses, resulting in improved performance curves and reduced losses at higher frequencies. This product supports an extended operating temperature range from -55°C to +150°C, meeting the demands of modern high-density microelectronics. Suitable for high-frequency applications requiring economical and high-performance solutions, the capacitors have a typical temperature coefficient of 0 ± 30 ppm/°C and an insulation resistance time constant of 100GΩ or 1000 seconds, whichever is less. Their Q factor exceeds 2000 at 1MHz, making them apt for various technical applications.
