Output range: from 750 till 4000 kW. KAPAK series front furnace with moving grates, hot water boiler and multicyclone. KAPAK series device integrates a moving-sloping grate pre-furnace, three-way horizontal water boiler and multicyclone. This design ensures minimum size of the equipment, as well as speeds up the assembly work processes. The combustion gas flow direction and water ensures efficient heat exchange, making full use of the resources. The moving-sloping grate furnace with a water boiler and multicyclone in combination with fuel feed mechanism and automated ash discharge system is intended for burning loose biomass with a moisture content of 10-50%.

Output range: from 100 till 4000 kW. Horizontal industrial boilers with a volcanic furnace, are powered in combination with fuel feed mechanism / burning of wood chips with a moisture content of 35-55%. KOMFORTS offers two types of the «S» series horizontal hot water boilers:

Output range: from 100 till 1300 kW. Industrial horizontal hot water boilers operable with firewood and coal. Provided for water heating in the heating systems of private and dwelling houses and industrial premises with forced circulation. Maximum water temperature 95 °C. Maximum working pressure 3 – 6 bars. Hot water boilers are operable with all kind of solid fuel. High strength of boilers elements. Hot water boilers are made from steel, welded. Hot water boilers are insulated with stone wool and plated with coloured steel tin. Safe and easy in maintenance. High exploitation parameters. Content of smoke fumes meets the ecological requirements.

KOMFORTS produces vertical hot water boilers with output range from 750 kW till 10 MW (in single unit). Vertical hot water boilers operate as a set with moving grates front furnaces. Provided for water heating in forced circulation heating systems of apartment houses or inustrial premises. Maximum water temperature 130 °C or 110 °C. Maximum working pressure 16, 10 or 6 bars. It is possible a new or existent boilers to equip with automatic smoke pipes cleaning system. This system extends exploitation time of the boiler and increases technical and economic parameters. High strength of boilers’ elements. Hot water boilers are insulated with stone wool and plated with aluminium tin. Content of smoke fumes meets the ecological requirements.

KOMFORTS produces moving grates front furnaces with output range from 500 kW till 12.5 MW (in single unit). Moving grates front furnaces are provided for hot water boilers operating in heating systems. Used fuel: wood chip, chippings, bark, chunk peat, milled peat and wood chip mixture, wood pellets, peat pellets. Automatic block system controls and operates the burning process and furnace functioning. Maximum fuel dimensions: 50 mm x 40 mm x 10 mm. Moving grates front furnace equipped with fuel feeder, hydraulic, air supply ventilators, air pipes. Front furnace brick wall from chamotte bricks. KOMFORTS furnaces are designed to burn crushed biomass and biomass mixtures with moisture 10-60%.

Economisers are intended for temperature reduction of the outgoing combustion gas and for increasing the water temperature, improving the boiler plant technical and economic indicators.
