KONCAR - Shaft Current and Voltage Protection System (SCVP)

KONCAR - Expert Motor Condition Monitoring System (EMCM)
EMCM is a compact monitoring system that detects key motor faults such as damage of stator and rotor windings and shaft and bearing damages. It also monitors key motor values - vibration, current and temperature. The solution uses high resolution patented method for fault detection which enables predictive maintenance and so significantly expands the life time of medium and high voltage motors. Thanks to EMCM system, critical industrial applications run by motors are more effective managed and maintenance periods are optimized.

KONCAR - Load Angle and Power Measurement System
One of the key parameters of the power generator in terms of control and stability protection is the angle of the induced voltage internal to the generator (load angle). Load Angle & Power System (LA&P) enables direct measurement of the generator load angle based on key phasor and electrical values measurement of the generator. Besides load angle measurement, LA&P system enables measurement of electrical values (active and reactive power, power factor, current and voltages).
KONCAR - Shaft Torque and Power Monitoring System
Torque, speed and power are the defining mechanical parameters associated with functional performance of rotating machines (machine efficiency determination). ST&P system enables insight into this important machine parameters by on line measurement of shaft twist angle. The system uses two precise optical fork sensors for twist angle measurement. Besides on-line torque measurement, ST&P system enables measurement of power and rotating speed.
