Morgan Schaffer Calistos DGA - Samca Wind Farm
The Samca group increases the reliability of its wind farms by installing DGA Calisto monitors. From Krilinex Power Solutions, we proposed using Calisto monitors due to their ruggedness, high accuracy and reliability in the results they provide. The client was able to verify the quality of the measurements made by Calisto 2 and 9 by comparing the results to a laboratory analysis. After a good experience using these two units, SAMCA decided to purchase a total of eight Calisto 2 monitors and one Calisto 9 multi-gas monitor in addition to the management and diagnostic software Inside View.
Morgan Schaffer Calistos DGA - EDP Fleet
Monitoring of dissolved gases (DGA) in EDP Distribución transformers. Application: Installation of on-line dissolved gas monitors in critical power transformers of the distribution grid. The problem: The client was not satisfied with the first installation of DGA monitors from a different manufacturer, due to the difficulties encountered in the installation, and the inaccuracy of the data provided. The solution: EDP Distribución finally chose our Calisto 2 monitors to be installed in the most critical transformers of their fleet, because their unique characteristics allows carrying out a quick installation, without needing to remove power from the transformer and because they also provide the most accurate and reliable readings in the sector.
Solutions for Generators
Eone Gas Station - Nuclear Plant of AscO
Renewal of the hydrogen management and monitoring system for the alternators at the nuclear Plant of Ascó. Application: Hydrogen treatment station for the Siemens-Westinghouse generators (1000MW) of sets 1 and 2 at the Nuclear Plant of Ascó. The problem: The existing equipment were those included in the original design of the plant and were becoming obsolete and difficult to maintain and operate. Also, this was a safety risk since this equipment did not comply with the ATEX directive. The solution: During the system renewal project led by Krilinex Power Solutions together with manufacturer Eone for the past 4 years, a new tailor-made gas station was designed and built (Eone Gas Station) based on the specifications of the project and in direct collaboration with the customer`s operating, maintenance, design and engineering teams.
